Article'Squid Game' is an all kill in 82 countries except this one country... where?

1. [+1,950, -22] The reason 'Squid Game' can't rank #1 in India is because there's no scene where 456 people are dancing at the same time

2. [+706, -14] In order for the drama to rank #1 in India, it needs to start off with the 'Red Light, Green Light (Mugunghwa has bloomed)' game and with hibiscus flowers falling from the sky. Then an upbeat song begins playing and all of the contestants take off their tracksuits into traditional Indian clothes and they all start dancing. The drama then ends with a scene of Gihoon at the airport gate walking back out and all of the dead contestants walking alongside him as the camera zooms out and the entire cast breaks into a dance in perfect sync. And that, my friends, is how you rank #1 in India.

3. [+612, -22] The entire world must relate to the 'Squid Game' in some way for it to be #1 in so many countries

4. [+47, -2] This is so amazing~ as Kim Goo teacher once said, culture is the most powerful strength a country can have~!!

5. [+42, -3] I still think an all kill in 82 countries is an amazing accomplishment. I hope we continue producing more dramas that are popular everywhere in the world.

6. [+40, -4] Perhaps Indians didn't care because an Indian actor is playing a Pakistani character ㅋㅋㅋ

7. [+28, -1] If all of the 456 contestants and the security members got together to dance at the end, the drama would've ranked #1 in India too

8. [+22, -1] No dancing in the drama ㅋㅋㅋ Ali is Pakistani ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Han Minyeo is super discriminatory to Ali ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ All things considered, I think it's amazing the drama managed to rank #2 in India at all ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Probably harder to have achieved that than ranking #1 in 82 countries ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

9. [+11, -1] Koreans are so obsessed with rank ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ but maybe that's what helps with our success. It's funny that we're feeling disappointed over not getting a perfect all kill in every country...

10. [+3, -0] It might do well in India if contestants had to do a dance before they got eliminated...

1. [+2,907, -16] Wow... this success almost feels like it doesn't even make sense.. #1 all over the world...

2. [+1,274, -13] That's crazy. All 456 of them didn't even break into a dance and it still managed to rank #1, what more needs to be said....

3. [+159, -9] Amazing that it got #1 without any dancing in the show

4. [+108, -3] This show is unlike anything from Hollywood. There is no hero or villain. They're all just pitiful people. It's violent but also reserved. The stories of each of the contestants are more compelling than the thrill of the games. There's a human drama within all of the makjang.

5. [+76, -2] Netflix isn't even serviced in China and China's going crazy over the show, too. I wonder if it will trend in North Korea as well. I'd love a scenario where Kim Jong Un competes as player #1 but accidentally gets eliminated and both Koreas get united as a result.

6. [+71, -2] Apparently 'Squid Game' is the first show in Netflix history to rank #1 in every serviced country

7. [+45, -0] The marble game broke my heart ㅠㅠ He didn't have to do that to Ali ㅠㅠ

8. [+43, -1] This has got to be a rare achievement

9. [+39, -0] I think it's just a story that the entire world can relate to like they did with 'Parasite'

10. [+9, -0] But if the show actually had 456 people dancing together, it would've ranked #1 in only India
